STAINED GLASS COOKIE

 Stained glass cookie is very easy to make with very simple ingredients. Only needed things are cookie dough and transparent candies. I tried with gingerbread cookies dough. Let's move on to the recipe.

INGREDIENTS

Cookie dough

Orange candies (or any transparent candies)

Cookie cutter with two sizes 

PROCEDURE 

1. Using the bigger cookie cutter cut the desire cookie shape ( I took star cookie cutter).

2. Then using small size cookie cutter , mold the previously made cookie and remove the center pieces.

3. Preheat oven to 350F.

4. Now place the cookie in the oven for around 10- 12 min.

5. Once it's done allow it to cool  down.

6. Prehéat oven to 160 F .

8. Place transparent whole candy at the center or coarsely ground candy

9.  Bake for 1 - 2 min. 

10. Keep an eye to prevent the candies from burning or over boiling to prevent bubbles in the stained glass.

11  Once the candy melts and careful transfer into wire rack.

12. Yummy and beautiful cookie is ready to taste.
