Ash gourd (chopped) - 3 Cup
Lemon - 1/2
Cumin powder - 1 /2 Tsp
Salt ( optional) - 1/4 Tsp
Water - 1 Cup
PROCEDURE
1. Wash and peel the skin of the ash gourd.
2. Remove the seeds and chopped into medium sized pieces.
3. Grind it with water to a smooth puree.
4. Strain the juice using filter.
5. Squeeze medium sized half lemon juice.
6. Add cumin powder, salt (optional) and mix well.
7. Tasty healthy refreshing ash gourd juice is ready to serve.
