Posting a recipe in my blog after a long gap.
Let's start again with the yummy, easy, mouth watering Macaroons. Process is really simple and easy with the electric whisk. But we need patience to wait for the Macroon to bake, it will almost take 1 hr and 30 minutes at 200F.
Lets dig into the recipe
INGREDIENTS
Egg white (room temperature)- 2
Powdered sugar - 1/2 Cup
Cashew nuts - 1/2 Cup
PROCEDURE
1. Grind cashew in mixie by using pulse mode to get coarse powder
2.In a clean bowl beat egg white using an electric hand whisk.
3. Add powdered sugar little by little to the egg white until egg white reaches the stiff peak. ( it takes almost 6 minutes to get the peak)
4.Now it's time to add coarse cashew powder and mix very gently to the egg white.
5.Preheat oven to 200 F
6. Transfer egg white & cashew mixture to the ziplock or piping bag
7. Slightly cut the tip and pipe it to the spiral shape on the parchment paper lined baking tray.
8. Bake for 90 minutes.
9. Yum yum Macaroons are ready.
10. Transfer the Macaroons slowly to the cooling rack.
11. It's ready to taste once it's cool down ( but it's hard to wait to taste the yummy melting macaroons)
12. Once it's cool down, crispy yummy Macaroons are ready to taste.
13. Store it in the airtight container to maintain the crispness.
