CRUSHED PEANUT CANDY BAR



                                               


INGREDIENTS 


Roasted Peanut - 1 Cup

Jaggery- 1cup

Cardamom -1

Ghee -1tsp

Water - 1 Tbsp


PROCEDURE


1.Grease a plate and a spoon with ghee.


2.Ground the roasted peanuts in the pulse mode for 3 -4 times. 





3.Melt the jaggery and stain  if there any impurities. 


 4. Allow to boil the jaggery syrup with crushed cardamon until hard rock consistency ( check the consistency by dropping the syrup in a bowl of water to form hard rock ball and able to break it with tick sound).




5. Once the consistency reach mix the crushed peanut and transfer into greased plate and spread using the greased spoon. 


                                                

                                                 


6.Then mark the shape we need and allow it to cool .


                                  


7. Then yummy healthy peanut candy is ready.
