INGREDIENTS
Heavy whipped cream - 1 Cup
Sugar - 1/2 Cup
Corn flour - 1 Tsp
Spinach - 2 Cup
PREPARATION
1. Wash the spinach and cook with little water.
2. Then cooled down and ground into paste.
3. Spinach puree is ready
3. Add 1/2 Cup sugar,corn flour into mixie and ground into powder.
4. Icing sugar is now ready.
5. Keep a large bowl in freezer for 10-15 min.
PROCEDURE
1. Take the bowl from the freezer, and add in the heavy whipped cream, icing sugar and spinach puree.
2. Depends on the color needed,amount of spinach addition aldo varies.
3.Reduce the sugar level, if want less sweet cream.
4.Use electric whisk, and begin mixing at a low to medium until the sugar powder is mixed in, then increase speed to high. Whisk until it create stiff peak. ( Be careful, if whisk too long ,butter will start to form)
5. Yummy green color whipped cream frosting is ready.
6. Keep covered and refrigerate until when it is needed.
