INGREDIENTS
Dates - 10
Almonds - 1 Cup
Sesame seeds - 1/4 Cup
PROCEDURE
1. Roast almonds and sesame separately in low flame a minute or 2 ( no need to golden brown).
2. Ground the pitted dates , almonds and sesame to a coarse texture.
3. Then make balls out off it.
4. No need of any oil, since sesame seeds ooze sesame oil while grinding.
5. Yummy healthy simple energy ball is ready.
