FILTER COFFEE IN STOVE TOP COFFEE MAKER

 


Coffee is one of the refreshing drink of everyone's  life. Especially it's a good starter of the refreshing day. Every coffee lovers know it's secret.



Coffee beans contains carbohydrates, Amino acids, several minerals such as calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and zinc, and vitamins such as folate, vitamin B-6, thiamine, riboflavin and niacin. It contains high level of antioxidants which can reduce the effects of cancer, Parkinson's diseases. When this antioxidants blends with the magnesium, they are believed to lower blood sugar. Main content of the coffee is caffeine.

Depend upon the variety of coffee bean, caffeine content  varies from 1.2 to 2.2%. Caffeine acts as a central nervous system stimulant. When it reaches your brain, the most noticeable effect is alertness. You'll feel more awake and less tired, so it's a common ingredient in medications to treat or manage drowsiness, headaches, and migraines.

Like so many foods and nutrients, too much coffee can cause problems, especially in the digestive tract. But studies have shown that drinking up to four- 8- ounce cups of coffee per day is safe.

Here, I am using medium roasted  freshly grounded coffee and stove top coffee maker. Lets move on to the recipe.




INGREDIENTS

Serving  for 2 people 

Coffee powder    - 4 Tsp heap

Water                   - 200ml

Milk                      - 400ml

Raw sugar          - 2- 3 tsp 


PROCEDURE

1. Fill the bottom chamber with water.

2. Place the coffee filter over the bottom chamber and add the coffee powder ( coffee powder should be little coarse than the hole size of the filter).

3. After adding the coffee powder press the powder with the bottom of the tumbler or cup.( It helps in the proper brewing)

4. Then secure the top portion tightly.

5. Then place in stove top coffee maker in the stove and turn on the heat.

6. Medium low flame is enough for better brewing.

7. The completion of the brewing process is confirm by the collection of the coffee decoction  on the the upper chamber.

8. Wow, whole house will be filled with the amazing flavor to energize the day.

9. Meanwhile boil the milk and get ready.

10. Main thing in the coffee making, is the procedure of mixing milk .

11. Foamy coffee tastes excellent than the normal coffee.

12. Froth the milk by transfer the milk from one big vessel to other in fast motion.

13. Add sugar in the serving cup and add hot decoction to the level upto the 1/4 of the cup. ( It will give medium strong coffee).

14. Mix the sugar to dissolve in the decoction.

15. Now time to add the medium frothy milk upto 3/4 of the cup.

16. Finally top it with foams of the milk.

17. Now it's the time for decoration  by any design with remaining decoction at the top of the foam.

18. I preferred to do heart design because it's very easier to make. ( It's optional)

19. Finally refreshing morning coffee is ready to serve.





No need of trashing brewed coffee grounds 

* Brewed coffee grounds can be reused as the good organic fertilizer for the plant .

* Brewed coffee grounds can also used as the moisturizer and scrub for the skin .
