PINEAPPLE KESARI

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2021 everyone... Wishing everyday of the New year to be filled with Success, Happiness and Prosperity ....Sweet yummy flavorful kesari as the new year special ... Without any artificial colors and essences. Lets move on to the recipe.





INGREDIENTS

Pineapple                - 2 Cup 

Rava                          - 1 Cup

Unbleached Sugar   - 2 Cup

Water                         - 3 Cup

Saffron strands        - a pinch

Ghee                          - as needed

Cashew, Raisin        - 10

Cardamom               - 2 

Coconut oil             - 1 Tbsp ( optional)

PROCEDURE

1. Roast rava with a spoon of ghee.

2. Allow to cool down and mix with sugar.



 
3.. Chop one cup of pineapple into small piece.




4. Grind another cup into puree.




5. Crush the saffron stands into very tiny pieces.




6. In a pan boil water with a spoon of ghee and crushed saffron.



7. Then add in the chopped pineapple and allow to boil in the water.




8. After a minute, add in the rava and sugar mixture gradually while mixing to prevent lump formation.





9. Then add the pineapple puree and cook until the rava is completely cooked.




10. Roast cashew and raisin in ghee until golden brown.



11. Finally add in the crushed cardamom and roasted nuts and raisin along with ghee. 

12. Mix well and cook until the kesari easily flow from the ladder.

13.  At last add the coconut oil and mix well.

14. Tasty yummy flavorful Pineapple kesari  is ready to serve.
