PRASADAM FOR THE POOJA



Hanuman favorite:

1. Betal leaves 
2. Pepper vada
3. Butter

PEPPER VADA 

1. Soak whole urad dal (1 Cup) around 30 minutes.
2. Then drain and grind coarsely.
3. Add 2 Tsp of rice flour, salt and 1 Tsp of crushed pepper.
4. Mix well with little oil into thick dough.
5. Make balls out of it and press to thin circle for super  crispier vada. 
6. I made by pressing to medium thin circle and make hole at the centre.

 


7. Fry in a medium hot oil until bubbles stops.
8. Crispy pepper vada is ready for prasadam.
