We can make snowman in few minutes. This time I was able to harvest off season small watermelons from the dried plant ( due to cold weather). Those melons were pretty much small. I don't have mind to discard it. Great idea arose to make snowman with it. I followed few simple steps to make the melon beautiful like a snowman with simple available household things.
1. Placed the one above the other, bigger one at the bottom and Smaller one at the top.
2. Fix two melons using toothpick
3. Then came the scarf part, folded tissue paper like thin strip and glue it around the neck part.
4. Simply made scarf pattern with color markers.
5. Glued googly eyes in the face and two buttons on the tummy.
6. Made sharp triangular nose and colored with orange marker and glued as a nose.
7. Don't have good space for mouth, consider it hidden back of the scarf.
8. Most time consuming part in this project is hat.
9. Measure head circumference, and made cylinderical roll using black construction paper.
10. Then cut circle with circumference 2-4 cm more than the cylinderical roll. ( With same construction paper)
11. Cut the centre part of the circle and fold the centre part and glued with one side of the roll.
12. Stuff few bits of tissue paper in the roll to help then in place.
13. Final step, cut circle using construction paper with same circumference of the cylinderical roll, and glued at the top of the cylinderical roll.
14. Nice snowman hat was made. Finally glued the hat on the head of the snowman.
15. Hurray.. amazing little snowman is ready for this season.
