INGREDIENTS
Cucumber - 1 Small
Mint - 5-6 leaves
Ginger - 1 inch
Lemon - 1 small
Water - as needed
Salt - a pinch ( optional)
PROCEDURE
1. Wash and remove the skin of ginger.
2. In a blender, add sliced cucumber (I used fresh cucumber from our garden), mint leaves and ginger.
3. Grind into puree and add lemon juice and water as needed.
4. Add salt if needed and blend everything for a minute. (prefer it without salt)
5. Yummy refreshing, colorful detoxifying drink is ready to serve.
