INGREDIENTS
Mango - 1 Big
Fresh yogurt - 1 Cup
Jaggery powder - as needed
Salt (optional) - a pinch
PROCEDURE
1. Wash and peel the skin of mango ( prefer sweet and juicy ) and add the pulp into the blender or mixie.
2. Grind the pulp to make puree.
3. Then add in the fresh yogurt and jaggery powder with pinch of salt.
4. Add jaggery powder depends on the taste and sweetness of the mango used.
5. Pinch of salt enhance the sweetness of the lassi.
6. Now grind again until the complete mix of everything.
7. Now yummy healthy tasty Mango lassi with jaggery is ready to serve.
