Ripe banana - 2
Dry Ingredients:
Whole wheat flour - 1 Cup
Jaggery powder - 1/2 Cup
Cocoa Powder - 2 Tbsp
Baking Powder - 1 Tsp
Baking Soda - 1/2 Tsp
Milk Powder - 1 Tsp
Salt - a pinch
Nuts as optional

Wet Ingredients:
Milk - 3/4 Cup
Curd - 1/4 Cup
Oil - 1/4 Cup
Vinegar - 1/2 Tsp
Vanilla
essence - 1 Tsp
PROCEDURE
1. Preheat oven to 375 F.

2. Smash banana into pure.(depends on the banana sweetness jaggery powder measurements change)
3. Sieve all the dry ingredients into a bowl.
4. Mix all the wet ingredients in another bowl except vinegar .
5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, banana puree and nuts, then mix well to make a smooth batter.
6. Then add vinegar and mix well.
7. Take cup cake tray and lined with cupcake paper liners or grease with oil.
8. Fill 3/4th of the cup with the cake batter.
9. Sprinkle some chopped nuts on the top.
10. Bake it for 20- 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
11. Once the cake is ready, let it cool and transfer to wire rack.
12. Now healthy super soft cup cakes are ready to serve.
