In chicken spaghetti soup, apart from chicken benefits, there are also nutrients from the vegetables like carrot, onions, beans etc. They also packed with healthy carbohydrates (whole wheat) that help to feel full and satisfied. Lets move on to the recipe.
INGREDIENTS
Chicken stock - 3 Cup
Or water
Chicken - 2 big piece
Spaghetti - around 15 Sticks
(Whole wheat)
Italian seasoning - 1 Tsp
Onion - 1/2 Cup
Garlic - 4- 5 pods
Veggies finely Chopped - 1 Cup
( carrot, beans etc)
Pepper - 1 Tsp
Salt - as needed
Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 Tbsp
Oil - 1 Tbsp
PROCEDURE
1. Heat a sauce pan , add oil , finely chopped garlic and saute for a minute.
2. Then add onion and saute for a minute and add in the bigger size chicken pieces
3. Then add in water or stock or 50: 50 each.
4. Allow to boil and add in the desire veggies, salt.
5. When the chicken is 90% done. Remove the chicken pieces from the soup and allow the pieces to cool.
7. Then add the spaghetti into the soup.
8. When chicken warm to handle, shred using fork.
9. Then add back the shredded chicken, keep the soup is medium low flame.
10. Once spaghetti cooked, sprinkle Italian seasoning,pepper, chopped coriander leaves and salt as needed.
11. Now hot healthy chicken soup is ready to serve.
