CARROT CHAPATHI ( INDIAN FLAT BREAD)





INGREDIENTS

Carrot                          -  1/2 Cup
( Ground)

Whole wheat flour   - 1 Cup

Salt                               - 1 Tsp

Warm  water              - 1/2 Cup

Oil                                  - 2 Tsp + 1 Tsp

PROCEDURE

1. Take the residue collected from the filtered carrot juice ( Fresh ground carrot can also use instead)

2. To that add whole wheat flour, salt and 2tsp of oil.



3. Then add warm water little by little to make a dough.

4. Kneed about 5 - 10 minutes to make soft dough.

5. Apply oil on the surface of the dough and cover with damp cloth 

6. Let the dough rest for 15 to 15 minutes.

7. Divide the dough into small balls and roll flat with rolling pin.

8. In a hot tawa, cook the flat dough until having little bubbles on the top and flip and cook  for 30 second by applying oil.

9. Now yummy soft, healthy carrot chapathi is ready to serve.
