INGREDIENTS
Chia Seed - 2 Tbsp
Milk - 1 Cup
Fresh Yogurt - 1 Cup
Honey - 2 Tbsp
Salt - a pinch
TOPPINGS ( as per the taste )
Strawberries
Banana
Chopped Almonds
Raisin
Shredded Coconut
PROCEDURE
1. Boiled room temperature milk mixed with Yogurt and chia seed.
2. Allow it to stand around 30 minutes. Mix the chia seed well and refrigerate overnight or around 5 - 6hrs.
3. Mix honey as per the taste.
4. Transfer to serving bowl or cup.
5. Yummy chia seed ready to serve with desire toppings.
