MALAI KULFI WITH COCONUT SUGAR



INGREDIENTS


Whole Milk         - 2 Cups
(Full Fat)

Milk Powder       - 2 Tbsp ( Optional )

Coconut Sugar    - 2 Tbsp ( as needed )

Almonds              -  5 Nos ( Finely Chopped )

PROCEDURE

1. Boil 2 Cup of milk, then simmer it and stir continuously until it reduces to 1 Cup.

2. Add milk powder at this stage, mix and simmer for 5 minutes with continuous stiring( it's purely optional). 

3. Switch off the flame and allow the milk to warm and add coconut sugar mix well to dissolve completely. (Something it will curled the milk when it  added to the hot milk)



4. Allow to cool and add finely chopped almonds.

5. Pour the mixture to the kulfi mould.



6. Freeze it for 8- 12 hrs.

7. Now healthy yummy kulfi is ready to taste.



Note: As per your taste Coconut Sugar can be replaced with jaggery powder or  Palm sugar.
