HEALTHY WHOLE WHEAT PANCAKE


Quick and healthy breakfast or evening snack for kids. Kids will surely enjoy it. 

INGREDIENTS

Whole wheat flour  - 1 Cup
Egg                          - 1
Jaggery powder       - 1 Tbsp
Salt                          - 1/4 Tsp
Milk                        - 1 Cup
Water                      - as needed
Ghee (butter)          - as needed.

PROCEDURE

1.  In a bowl beat egg very well until it reaches foamy. 

2. Then add jaggery powder, milk , salt and mix well.

3. Add wheat flour and fold and mix without lump (don't over mix).

4. Add water if needed, [for richness (for kids) add more milk instead of water] to make thick batter.

5. Heat a iron flat pan, pour batter and make design as per your wish.

6. Add ghee over the side of the pancake.

6. While you see bubbles on the top of pancake, its right time to flip.

7. After few seconds, remove the pancake from the pan.

8. Add honey on the top of the pancake, yummy pancake is ready to taste.
