YOGURT FROSTING

INGREDIENTS

Yogurt ( homemade)  - 2 Cup
Sugar                            - 1/2 Cup
Cream                           - 2 Tbsp (optional)
Corn flour                    - 1/2 Tsp

PROCEDURE

1. Hang fresh yogurt overnight in muslin cloth in refrigerator to remove the water.

2. After 12hrs,we can get thick creamy yogurt.

3. Powder the sugar with corn flour to obtain icing sugar.

4. Mix or blend thick yogurt,cream and icing sugar to get yogurt frosting.

5. Yummy yogurt frosting is ready to apply over cake or cookies.
