INGREDIENTS
Onion - 3 Nos
Gram flour - 1/2 Cup
Rice flour - 1/4 Cup
Red chili powder - 1 Tsp
Asafoetida - a generous pinch
Baking soda - a pinch
Salt - as needed
Ajwain - 1/4 tsp
Water - as needed
Oil - for deep frying
PROCEDURE
1. Mix everything above except oil and onion Ina a bowl.
2. Add water little by little and make a thick batter
3. Add roughly sliced onion into the batter.
4. Heat oil in the pan and add onion mixed batter into the oil.
5. Fry both side until it reaches golden brown and drain oil .
6. Now tasty onion bajji is ready to taste with tea.
