INGREDIENTS
Rice flour - 1 Cup
Urad dal flour - 1 Tsp
Roasted channa
dal flour - 1 Tsp
Sesame seed - 1 Tsp
Melted butter - 1 Tbsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 Tsp
Grated coconut - 1 Tbsp
Asafoetida - 1/4 Tsp
Salt - as needed
Water - as needed
PROCEDURE
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degree F.
2. Dry roast the rice flour, urad dal flour, roasted channa dal flour and grated coconut separately.
3. Mix all the roasted ingredients with chilli powder, asafoetida, salt, sesame seed and butter.
4. Add little by little with water to make a dough.
5. Then make small soft balls from the dough without giving pressure.
6. Arrange the balls in baking tray lined with baking sheet.
7. Bake for 20 minutes. After 10 minutes toss the balls for even cooking.
8. Now crispy spicy seedai is ready to taste.
