HEALTHY RAITA (GOOSEBERRY)

INGREDIENTS

Gooseberry              -  4 Nos

Grated Coconut       - 2 Tbsp

Curd                         - 1 Cup

Cumin Powder         -  1/4 Tsp

Green Chili              -  1

Oil                           - 1 Tsp

Mustard                  - 1/2 Tsp

Asafoetida              - 1/4 Tsp

Salt                         - as needed


PROCEDURE

1. Chop the gooseberry and remove the seeds.

2. Grind green chili, coconut and gooseberries with little water.

3. Then mix the grounded mixture and curd, salt.

4. Tempered with mustard and asafoetida.

5. Sprinkle cumin powder on the top.

5. Now healthy Vitamin C rich raita is ready to serve.
