SIMPLE SPICE KASHAYAM

Every spices we use in our kitchen have special antioxidant, antiviral and immune boosting properties.  Today we will know how to make simple spice kashayam.

INGREDIENTS

Black pepper      - 1 Tsp

Cumin seed         - 1 Tsp

Fennel seed         - 1/2 Tsp

Ajwain                  - 1/2 Tsp

Hing                      - 1/4 tsp

Dry ginger        
powder                 - 1 Tsp

Turmeric              - 1/2 Tsp 

Long pepper        - 3 Nos

Water                    - 2 Cup

PROCEDURE

1. Crush all the ingredients except turmeric, hing and dry ginger powder.

2. Add all the ingredients into the boiling water and simmer it in low medium flame until it reduce to half.

3. Allow the kashayam to sit until it reaches warm.

4. Now it is ready to serve.

5. It's good to consume early morning in empty stomach for good absorption.
