KASHAYAM AGAINST GERMS

This kashayam enhances the immune power.

Neem kills germs in the stomach.

Ajwin soothes an ailing digestive tract.

Garlic  has antioxidant, boost immune system and helps in gastric problem.

Turmeric has the natural anti-inflammatory and antioxidant property.

Betel leaves have detoxification, anti-oxidation and anti-mutation properties.



INGREDIENTS

Neem powder     - 1 Tsp
Fresh turmeric    - 1 Inch
Ajwain                   - 1/2 Tsp
Garlic                     - 4 - 5 Pods
Betel leaf               - 1
Water                     - 2 Cups

PROCEDURE

1. Crush garlic, turmeric roughly.

2. Boil water and add crushed garlic and turmeric.

3. Then add ajwain, neem powder and roughly chopped betel leaves.

4. Simmer in medium low flame until it reduce to 1 Cup.

5. Switch off the flame and allow it sit for few minutes to reach warm .


6. Then strain the above mixture.

7. Now the kashayam is ready to serve.

8. It is good to take this kashayam in empty stomach in the early morning or atleast 2 hrs after meal for better absorption.



NOTE

* Neem powder can be replaced with 1 Cup fresh neem leaves.

* Fresh turmeric with 1/4 tsp turmeric powder.
