HEALTHY GREEN DOSA

INGREDIENTS

Raw rice              - 1 Cup

Grated coconut  - 1/2 Cup

Spinach               -  2 Cup

Salt                       - as needed

PROCEDURE

1. Soak raw rice  for atleast 3 hrs or overnight.

2. Drain the rice and transfer into a mixie along with spinach, grated coconut and salt.

3. Grind very smoothly by adding required water to make thin batter like rava dosa batter.

4. Heat a tawa and pour the batter like rava Dosa.

5. Make the dosa by covering with lid to prevent drying appearance on the top of Dosa.

6. After a minute flip the dosa and cook for half more minute to get soft dosa.



7. To make crispy dosa, cook covered until the edge starts golden brown . Don't flip the dosa.

 



8. Now healthy and tasty dosa is ready to serve with coconut chutney.
