NO EGG NO OVEN NO SUGAR CHOCOLATE WHEAT CAKE

INGREDIENTS

Dry Ingredients:
Whole wheat flour  - 1 Cup
Jaggery Powder      - 3/4 Cup
Cocoa Powder        -  2 Tbsp
Baking Powder       - 1 Tsp
Baking Soda           - 1/2 Tsp
Milk Powder          - 1 Tsp
Salt                         - a pinch
Nuts as optional

Wet Ingredients:
Milk        - 3/4 Cup
Curd        - 1/4 Cup
Oil           - 1/4 Cup
Vinegar    - 1/2 Tsp
Vanilla
   essence  - 1 Tsp

PROCEDURE

1. Sieve all the dry ingredients into a bowl.
2. Mix all the wet ingredients in another bowl except vinegar .
3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and nuts, then mix well to make a smooth batter.
4. Then add vinegar and mix well.
5. Take Appam Pan and grease with oil.
6. Pour 1 Tbsp of batter in each hole.
7. Then place the  pan in stove at low flame.
8. Keep it for 10 minutes.
9. Check with toothpick comes out clean.
10. Once the cake is ready, let it cool and transfer to wire rack.
11. Now healthy super soft mini cakes are ready to serve.
