INGREDIENTS
Peeled Cut Garlic - 1 Cup
Lemon - 2
Chilli Powder - 2 tbsp
Salt - 2 tbsp
Sesame Oil - 2 tbsp + 2tbsp
Mustard Powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek powder - 1/2 tsp
Hing - 1/4 tsp
PROCEDURE
1. Peel the garlic, then wash and dry it in paper towel.
2. Chop garlic into small pieces.
3. Take a clean dried ceramic or glass bowl, and add all the dry ingredients and 2 tbsp of sesame oil.
4. Squeeze lemon juice over that.
4. Then mix well using clean dried spoon.
5. Add chopped garlic and mix well.
6. Keep it in room temperature for 24 hrs.
7. Add remaining 2 tbsp of sesame oil and mix well again
8. Keep aside for 5 -6 days (Mix Well Daily).
8. Simple and tasty Garlic Pickle is ready to serve.
9. We can preserve it in fridge since we didn't add any extra preservatives.
