INGREDIENTS :
Rice flour - 1 & 1/4 Cup
Roasted Channa - 1/4 Cup
dal powder
Hing - a pinch
Sesame seed - 1/2 tsp
Ajwain - 1/2 tsp
Chili powder - 1 tsp (optional)
Salt - as needed
Butter - 1 tbsp
Water - as needed
PROCEDURE :
1. Powder roasted Channa dal in mixie.
2. In a bowl add rice flour,roasted channa powder, Hing, chili powder, salt, ajwain, sesame seed ,chili powder and mix well.
3. Preheat oven to 390F
4. In mean time grease muruku press and few laddles with little oil.
5.Addwater little by little to make a dough.
7. Keep the dough close to avoid drying.
8 Fill the murruku press with the dough and squeeze murruku on the baking tray lined with baking sheet.
9. Bake murukku in 390 F for 20 min.
10. After 10 min turn the baking tray for even cooking.
11. After 15 minutes, keep eye on the oven to prevent over baking.
12. Crispy and tasty murruku is ready to serve as evening snack with tea.
13. Store Muruku in air tight container
