INGREDIENTS
Mango(unripe) - 1
Chilli Powder -2 tbsp
Salt - 2 tbsp
Sesame Oil - 2 tbsp + 2tbsp
Mustard Powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek powder - 1/2 tsp
Hing - 1/4 tsp
PROCEDURE
1. Wash unripe mango well and dry in paper towel.
2. Grate the mango using grater.
3. Take a clean dried ceramic bowl, and add all the dry ingredients and 2 tbsp of sesame oil.

Sesame Oil - 2 tbsp + 2tbsp
Mustard Powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek powder - 1/2 tsp
Hing - 1/4 tsp
PROCEDURE
1. Wash unripe mango well and dry in paper towel.
2. Grate the mango using grater.
3. Take a clean dried ceramic bowl, and add all the dry ingredients and 2 tbsp of sesame oil.
4. Then mix well using clean dried spoon.
5. Add grated mango and mix well.
6. Keep it in room temperature for 24 hrs.
7. Add remaining 2 tbsp of sesame oil and mix well again and keep it for 2- 3 days.
8. Simple, yummy yummy Mango pickle is ready to serve.
9. We can preserve it in fridge since we didn't add any extra preservatives.
