DATES MODAK


INGREDIENTS :

Pitted Dates        - 20
Nuts
( almonds,cashew, raisin) - 1/2 cup
Ghee - as desire

PROCEDURE :

1. Add little ghee in a pan and roast the nuts slightly and let it cools down
2. Grind the chopped pitted dates.
3. Then coarsely grind the nuts.
4. Mix date paste and grounded nuts with little ghee to make dough
5. Then by using Modak mould, stuff the dough in the mold and remove the Modak mould gently and place the Modak in the well greased plate
6. Tattada... Simple healthy Modak is ready to taste
