Wheat Cake Rusk

INGREDIENTS

Wheat flour              - 1 cup
Raw brown sugar     - 1/3 cup
Egg                           -  2
Butter                        - 2 tbsp
Oil                             - 2 tbsp
Milk                          - as needed
Salt                            - 1/2 tsp
Baking soda              - 1 tsp
Cardamom powder   - 1tsp

PROCEDURES

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Beat oil and butter with brown sugar until it become creamy.
3. Add egg one by one and blend it with the creamy mixture.
4. Sieve wheat flour , salt, baking soda cardamom powder together.
5. Add little by little of flour mixture to the egg mixture and mix gently.
6. Add needed milk to reach the cake batter consistency.
7. Grease the bread loaf pan dusted with flour and pour the cake batter.
8. Bake the cake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
9. Check with toothpick comes out clean.
10. Once the cake done, let it cool for 5- 10 mins and transfer to wire rack.
11. Allow the cake to cool done completely, then slice the cake like bread.
                                 
                        


12. Then arrange it in cookie tray and bake at the 300 degrees for 10 minutes .
13. Then the slice to the another side and bake for 10 more minutes.
14. Keep an eye on the oven since every oven varied in the timing
15 . Bake till it become crispy.
16. Yummy homemade cake rusk is ready to taste.
