Ingredients :
- Milk - 4 Cup
- Sugar - 1 Cup
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp
- Water - 4 Cup
Preparation :
- Boil 4 cup of milk
- Add 2 tsp of lemon juice mixed with 2 tsp of water to curdle the milk
- Then drain the water from the curdle milk with muslin cloth as Paneer preparation produce
- Then make the paneer as dough form and make it into small balls
- Boil 4 cup of water with 1 cup of sugar
- After sugar mixture get boiled well, Add the small balls into it.
- Then allow to boil for 15- 20 minutes.
- Now tasty Rasagulla ready..
