RASAGULLA


Ingredients :


  • Milk                      - 4 Cup
  • Sugar                    - 1 Cup
  • Lemon juice          - 2 tsp
  • Water                   - 4 Cup


Preparation :


  • Boil 4 cup of milk
  • Add 2 tsp of lemon juice mixed with 2 tsp of water to curdle the milk
  • Then drain the water from the curdle milk with muslin cloth as Paneer preparation produce
  • Then make the paneer as dough form and make it into small balls
  • Boil 4 cup of water with 1 cup of sugar
  • After sugar mixture get boiled well, Add the small balls into it.
  • Then allow to boil for 15- 20 minutes.
  • Now tasty Rasagulla ready..
