My mom version of Curry leaves Podi

Red chili-12
Split Black Urad dal - 200gm
Hing - pinch
Cumin Seed - 1tsp
Curry leaves - 2 cup
Garlic - 1pod (optional)
Salt - as needed

1. Wash and dry the curry leaves in microwave for 2 min
2. Roast red chili with little oil and remove from the pan
3. In the same pan add split black urad dal and roast
4.At the end add hing and cumin seed and switch off the stove.
5. First grind red chili and curry leaves, then add urad dal mixture,salt and garlic and grind as coarse powder.
6. Tasty curry leaves podi is ready
7. It goes well with Idli,dosa and rice.
