RAAGI LADOO or FINGER MILLET LADOO
Ingredients:
- Raagi - 1 Cup
- Powdered Sugar - 1 Cup
- Ghee - 6 tsp
- Shredded Coconut -1/2 Cup
- Nuts- (Cashew , Badham)
Preparation:
- Heat the ghee in pan
- Fry all the nuts in ghee and take away the nuts seperately
- Then fry shredded coconuts in the ghee and take it seperately
- Then fry the Raagi in the ghee and in seperate dish....
- Mix all the fried ingredients with Raagi
- Then mix Powdered sugar with the above
- In that warm condition make ladoo... if need add small amount of water...
- Now Raagi ladoo Ready...
- Its very simple and healthy snacks
