RAAGI LADOO or FINGER MILLET LADOO

                               



                            



Ingredients:


  • Raagi - 1 Cup
  • Powdered Sugar - 1 Cup
  • Ghee - 6 tsp
  • Shredded Coconut -1/2 Cup
  • Nuts- (Cashew , Badham)


Preparation:

  1. Heat the ghee in pan 
  2. Fry all the nuts in ghee and take away the nuts seperately
  3. Then fry shredded coconuts in the ghee and take it seperately
  4. Then fry the Raagi in the ghee and in seperate dish....
  5. Mix all the fried ingredients with Raagi
  6. Then mix Powdered sugar with the above
  7. In that warm condition make ladoo... if need add small amount of water...
  8. Now Raagi ladoo Ready...
  9.  Its very simple and healthy snacks
